Well... if they are going to try her as an adult she wont be able to plead insanity (if she can either way) because she dug the grave in advance, therefore it is premeditated and meant to be hidden... planning in advance nixes the insanity plea.
 I am cynical (incase anyone didnt notice) and I sincerely believe the judicial system is designed to fail us. If they put her in on a mental instability/disability factor you can just about gaurantee she'll be walking free before age 30. My continually growing collection of quotes... Typical actions of a seriel killer. She chose someone weaker then her to 'try something' after a prison sentence if she is released she will need to kill again. She is young and she is finding her feet into the game and a good job she is as weak as she is or she may have gone on to kill many more.
